Short History of Great Stapleton

Great Stapleton is a very small and sleepy town in the central part of England. It was founded in 1022 by Henry the Unscrupulous, a cruel and as many say godless Saxon.

Many battles took place there soaking the ground with the blood of the enemies. After its wild and gruesome past, life in Great Stapleton became quieter. Many farmers and their families settled there and Great Stapleton became more and more a respectable town.

A few years ago, Great Stapleton made the headlines, because Bill Jackson - a very distinguished farmer - harvested the biggest bean which was ever heard of in the whole kingdom!

Apart from that, life in Great Stapleton can be pretty boring if you do take to the unrivalled rural serenity. Some say it is one of the place where you cannot tell whether the inhabitants really outnumber the sheep.
